Tiered-pricing

Tiered ticketing is a pricing strategy where tickets are sold at different price levels based on availability, demand, or ticket type. As one tier sells out, the price automatically increases to the next. Traditionally, this was managed manually by ticketing managers using spreadsheets — a time-consuming and error-prone process.

To modernize this workflow, we gave venues and promoters a smarter way to create and manage tiered inventory. Building on the existing ticket creation experience, we introduced a parent-child hierarchy that makes it easy to visualize, organize, and track tiers at a glance.
